Patrice R. Shipp, Greater Payne Chapel AME Church

Delano Elementary School has been named one of the most “academically superior” schools in Tennessee and in the nation, giving a Memphis City School recognition as a No Child Left Behind—Blue Ribbon School for the second consecutive year.

The principal of Delano Elementary is our own Ms. Patrice R. Shipp. Patrice is a member of Greater Payne Chapel AME Church, where Rev. Quinten Smith is pastor. She is a member of the choir and is actively involved in other ministries and church activities. Congratulations Ms. Shipp and Delano.
